Pre-season training set to begin

The Dragons will kick off their preparations for the 2027 season next week.

Following a first week dedicated to medical testing, the majority of the Catalans squad will return to the training field on Monday 9 November to begin their preparations for the 2027 season.

A total of 20 players will be present for the official return to training. The squad will gradually build up its numbers, with four additional players joining on Monday 16 November, before the international players return on Monday 23 November.

Catalans Dragons Headcoach John Cartwright said: “All pre seasons are hard, and they keep getting harder each year. It’s the only time of the year you get to consistently push yourself to new levels. This year, our time together will be just as important for building connections and understanding who we are and what we represent. I’m really looking forward to it.”
