Club Statement – Zac Lipowicz

Catalans Dragons can confirm that Zac Lipowicz will leave the club with immediate effect.

The 24-year-old Australian back-rower, who was under contract with the Dragons until the end of the 2027 season, has activated a clause allowing him to join an NRL club next year. He will therefore leave the club earlier than initially planned and return to Australia at the end of the season.

Furthermore, following positive discussions between all parties, a financial agreement has also been reached to allow Zac Lipowicz to join Wakefield with immediate effect and finish the current season with the club.
