Catalans Dragons reserve team secured a big victory at the Gilbert Brutus Stadium over Albi, Super XIII reigning champions.

Trailing 20–6 after 60 minutes, Rémi Casty’s men produced a great comeback, winning 25-24 thanks to a drop goal from Samy Devoyon in the closing moments of the match.

With this victory, St Estève XIII Catalan guarantees its place in the Top 6 of the table heading into the playoffs.

Earlier in the day, the U19 also won 22–6 against Albi.
