{"id":11622,"date":"2026-09-06T15:00:42","date_gmt":"2026-09-06T13:00:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/catalansdragons.com\/?p=11622"},"modified":"2026-09-05T22:43:16","modified_gmt":"2026-09-05T20:43:16","slug":"leo-darrelatour-prolonge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/catalansdragons.com\/en\/news\/leo-darrelatour-prolonge\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u00e9o Darr\u00e9latour signs contract extension"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The club is delighted to announce that L\u00e9o Darr\u00e9latour has signed a contract extension until the end of the 2028 season.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The French winger has signed a two-year deal with the club.<\/p>\n<p>Trained in Rugby Union, having passed through the Union Bordeaux-B\u00e8gles academy, USAP and Carcassonne, he joined Catalans Dragons reserve team at the start of the 2025 season.<\/p>\n<p>A breakout performer in the Super XIII last season, he quickly earned his place in the Dragons\u2019 first-team squad and made his Super League debut.<\/p>\n<p>He has scored 14 \u00a0tries in 20 appearances for the Dragons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00e9o Darr\u00e9latour<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m entering a new chapter with an exciting project, and I feel very well supported. I\u2019m very happy to continue this journey and I\u2019m looking forward to taking on the new challenges that lie ahead with the club.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>John Cartwright<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Leo has been in great form over the past month.
